Really friendly and professional staff! Apartments are nice and homey. And, Pinecrest is in A very convenient location. My dead bolt broke last week and Gary came by right away to install A new lock . I was especially impressed about all of his maintenance knowledge and how prepared he was. Thank you -

Great place to live. Friendly staff (always there to answer questions), maintenance is always prompt to fix something if needed. I’d recommend anyone moving to Normal to look into renting here.
Pinecrest Apartments are by far the most well kept and maintained place I have ever lived. The maintenance crew fixes anything at your place right when you request it. My townhouse has been just what I have needed. Pinecrest has redone a great amount of its parking lots, some of the roofs, etc. They always stay ahead. They even renovated the pool and put in a brand new 24/7 weight room/fitness center. Greatness. I am forever thankful.
Pinecrest is a great place to live. The updated units are beautiful, maintenance is timely, and the staff is helpful and friendly.
Friendly, quiet communal living
Pinecrest Apartments has just been wonderful. Wasn’t quite sure if I like going back to apartment living after living in my old home for over 30 years. You made my transition to apartment living very pleasant . I’ve done an excellent job of maintaining the parking lot and sidewalks during the winter months and making sure everything is taken care of on a regular basis I would recommend these apartments to anyone .
