RecommendedWe’ve had no problems with the current owners and we really like the new maintenance crew. They’re always quick to come out if we have an issue and they are really on top of snow plowing and salting the sidewalks. The one thing I miss are the notes we used to get in our mailbox when we had a package, but otherwise they definitely give great customer service. 👍 I like that I can walk into the office and Meredith knows my name!
I have enjoyed renting with Pinecrest this past year. They have been attentive to our needs and helpful when we've asked for assistance.
I love living here! The apartments are wonderful and the staff is friendly.
Nice place to live. They are quick to respond whenever there's a problem, and the parking lot is well maintained in the winter.
Lived here for about 1.5 years before we had to move for a different job. We loved living here. Maintenance was usually always fast and effective, and the management is very kind. They also do a lot to keep the grounds looking nice and the apartments themselves are very modern and nice.
I have been a resident since 2014. The staff is amazing, maintenance requests are always taken care of promptly and I love using the pool in the summer. Pinecrest is a safe and friendly place to live.

Staff were always nice when I would stop by and all the way through the leasing process. I love the pool and the fact that it is pet friendly (even through I don't have one)! Love my apartment here at Pinecrest
