RecommendedWe’ve had no problems with the current owners and we really like the new maintenance crew. They’re always quick to come out if we have an issue and they are really on top of snow plowing and salting the sidewalks. The one thing I miss are the notes we used to get in our mailbox when we had a package, but otherwise they definitely give great customer service. 👍 I like that I can walk into the office and Meredith knows my name!

RecommendedLived here for about 1.5 years before we had to move for a different job. We loved living here. Maintenance was usually always fast and effective, and the management is very kind. They also do a lot to keep the grounds looking nice and the apartments themselves are very modern and nice.
RecommendedI have been a resident since 2014. The staff is amazing, maintenance requests are always taken care of promptly and I love using the pool in the summer. Pinecrest is a safe and friendly place to live.
