RecommendedEver since my first time contacting Pinecrest to look at apartments Meredith and the rest of them here at Pinecrest have been nothing short of amazing. They have been great at communicating with me and making sure that my apartment is perfect and fixing any issues that arise very promptly. I couldn't be happier to be living here in Pinecrest!
I've only lived here for a few months but I really like these apartments. The location is great! They appear to be well maintained and the staff seems very friendly. And they allow pets!
Pinecrests Apts is a decent place to live. very quiet community, walking distance to restaurants and stores. never had any problems with getting things fixed. maintenance is a pretty awesome team as well as office personnel.
I’ve lived here for over 3 years and have no desire to leave. Whenever I need maintenance’s assistance, they respond so quickly! Plus the maintenance guys are nice and friendly- not something I’ve experienced at other apartment complexes.
I am the daughter of a mom that lives in the pinecrest apartments. I think pinecrest is a amazing place to live they have amazing staff and really nice people. They are improving in getting way more cooler things such as a dog park witch is easier for us because it is closer to us and we can just walk to the dog park instead of drive a block or so to get to sheppard park.

I've been a Pinecrest resident since 2012. Has everything I could ask for - great location, responsive staff, well kept, and reasonable rent. What else could you want?
The staff are extremely helpful. Found a complex that I wouldn't mind staying in for a while.
Professional management with tenants interests and concerns a priority. Apartments are spacious and well maintained.
