I would not recommend Pinecrest Apartments for anyone with PTSD as they allow their maintenance personnel to come into your apartment with no notice to you if you are not home. I have twice had maintenance show up in my apartment without notifying me they were in my apartment. I rudely found out they had been in my apartment from furniture and my personal belongings being moved around in my apartment.
Horrible place. Horrible leasing office. Several packages stolen, harassed daily by an unstable tenant they did nothing about, she stole mail out of the mail box. They place is charging 70 dollars to touch up 2 walls. Do not recommend. 503 apart 7. The tenant directly below is unstable, and dangerous.

This place has gone downhill.. there’s trash everywhere, weed smells all over the place, dog poop not being picked up.. the trash at the dog park is literally overflowing, and hasn’t been emptied for months. The gym is not taken care of at all, most of the machines are broken. I’ve been really disappointed with the lack of care by the staff that work here. We pay way too much to have it look this trashy.
