RecommendedWhen I first started looking at apartments, I fell in love with Pinecrest. I loved the location, it is close to about EVERYTHING!! I loved the apartments buildings they are updated and have a nice pool. The office staff are very friendly and help you with whatever you need.

Pinecrest apartments have been nothing but amazing for me. I moved to Normal from South Dakota and I was unable to personally view the apartments before coming here. Meredith was so amazing and understanding about my situation, even going so far as to facetime me to show me what my apartment would look like after renovations. She continued to facetime me to keep me updated on renovations right up until I arrived. The Pinecrest apartments has been home for me for several months. The staff consistently goes out of their way to be helpful and courteous. We live in an updated unit which is absolutely gorgeous. You can tell management takes great pride in these apartments.
I have lived here for over 5 years. Meredith, Kristal and Allison in the office are so kind and helpful and make sure my needs are taken care of quickly. Maintenance requests are taken care of swiftly and professionally. Thank you Gary for being so nice to my dog when you're taking care of my maintenance issues!
I have lived here for several years, in two different buildings and I love the place! It is quiet, clean and the staff is amazing.
I've been at Pinecrest for a little over two years now. It's a great family friendly complex. Everyone is very kind and willing to help out with any problems that may occur. Leaving at Pincrest has it's perks as well. You in walking distance to Walmart and Shepherds Park. Pinecrest also allows ALl fur babies you may have in your family. If your looking for a safe place to be Pincrest is the place.
Horrible place. Horrible leasing office. Several packages stolen, harassed daily by an unstable tenant they did nothing about, she stole mail out of the mail box. They place is charging 70 dollars to touch up 2 walls. Do not recommend. 503 apart 7. The tenant directly below is unstable, and dangerous.
