The exterior is checked for good drainage and free of rot or parking and sidewalk area cracks or damage.maintenance is always coming thru the complex checking for anything that needs cleaning and fixing as well as responding to tenant service request. Its a great feeling of security living here.

Love Living Here! Me and my family moved here in 2016 and I just renewed my contract for another year. The Pines Of York is the best community that I have lived at for several reasons. The neighbor hood is quiet. Great school district, but mostly because of the staff members that work here. The maintenance team have always taken care of all of my work orders in a timely order.
