We've trusted Pinnacle Peak Animal Hospital with our pets for years and already thought highly of them. Today they went above and beyond. We referred one of our closest friends whose dog was critically ill. While Pinnacle Peak wasn't able to treat them, they immediately referred them to a nearby clinic that could help. I have been using this same veterinary office for many years for my dogs, but we recently referred our friends that don't live in the area to get a second opinion here on their beloved dog. Although the prognosis wasn't what we were hoping for, I am so incredibly grateful that they treated our dear friends and their sweet dog in the most compassionate way. Our animals are part of our family, and this practice understands that. Thank you!

Although I am heartbroken to this day that Doctor factor left this practice, I was delighted to meet to Dr. Lauren Horth today who was a hit with my dog Ruger. I was impressed with that young lady so delightfully, welcoming and friendly and professional and simply very sharp and with great manners. Do yourself a favor and take your dog to this vet. Dr. Factor was amazing with my very anxiety ridden German Shepard and immediately provided her with relief and a detailed examination for her acute issue. I highly recommend.

Pinnacle Peak Animal Hospital truly makes owning an animal a pure joy. They are so kind, professional and caring. And they get better every single visit .. Dr. factor and his staff are simply the best. I would not take my dog anywhere else for that matter. The doctors are so sharp. They always have the best advice and treatment for your pet. I trust Doctor factor 100% and I can't recommend-him highly enough.!

I can't say enough about the team and Dr. Factor. My little pom, Emily, had her teeth cleaned today and it was an amazing experience. Emily did really well and is resting peacefully and Dr. Factor took his time to go everything with me ahead of time and called to discuss the extractions that would be needed. I trust him and the team with all of Emily's care and her sister, Chloe. Thank you so much Dr. Factor.

Blown away my the professionalism and care demonstrated by Dr Stevenson and her tech Lindsey today! First visit here after having multiple tests and appointments performed by my last vet with no specific diagnosis ever given. Dr Stevenson performed extra testing and laid out an appropriate plan moving forward. I will definitely be returning and referring friends and family what a breath of fresh air and I truly feel like my little man was given the best care and attention deserved!! Thank you guys!!!!

Outstanding veterinarian practice. The veterinarians are very knowledgeable, truly concerned about our dog's health and well-being, follow-up has been exemplary, and cannot say enough good things about them. Their staff support has been excellent as well - they do a great job. Will use them for years going forward with our veterinarian needs.
