I've been bringing my pets here for the past few years as I think the vet staff are wonderful.. The problem is they're never on time.: 20 minutes past my appointment time and we were finally escorted into an exam room with no apology or explanation.. my dog hates the vet and I try limit my time in the office..
Business response:
Thank you so much for your continued trust and kind words about our team, we truly appreciate your loyalty over the years. We're sorry to hear about the delay during your recent visit an understand how frustrating it can be, especially when your dog is already anxious about being at the vet. We always strive to stay on schedule, but we clearly fell short this time. Your time is valuable, and your pet's comfort is a priority, so please accept our sincere apologies for the experience.
Disgusting treatment from the owners and their workers. They consistently bully other businesses and clients within the plaza. They make up stories to tell to the property manager to try to get other businesses kicked out. They send their employees into other businesses to harass the owners and employees. They have their employees send in fake resumes to businesses. And when asked to speak to the business owners as adults to settle the issues they get ten times worse. I assume property management can't do anything because th... read more

Brought my cat in for a morning visit scheduled the week before. Unfortunately, it was a Monday morning and the staff was in a hurry. Our cat was 18 years old and very active. She had a stroke the night before, but was fully cognizant. Unable to use back legs and blind. Decided to put her to sleep. Doctor was in a hurry, staff kept interrupting our "quite time" with her to pay the bill, choose the cremation package and they "needed the room". No, I did not want their wooden box, just the cremains... paid for (apparently) an... read more

don't go here if you actually want compassion for your pets . the receptionist was really uncaring and , her only concern was that she was fully booked when it was clearly an emergency then proceeded to give a wrong address to another vet when our dogs life was on the line .
I brought my cat in because she wasn't eating much and I thought she might have a tooth ache. Because of the pandemic I had to wait in the car while my cat was seen by Dr. Dawson. So I have no idea what actually happened at my cat's visit. Dr. D called me to discuss and suggested an x-ray without telling me how much it would cost. After a bunch of tests which found nothing I got my cat back and a bill for $585.73. The next day I asked Dr. D why he didn't tell me that the x-ray would cost $243.75 he said he should have. Reall... read more
Don't even bother. The front staff is capable but the doctors are self important, want to test for everything that can increase your bill and definitely cater to the high end crowd. They look for ways to add $ to your bill and only seem to want to take care of pets that are going to be frequent visitors. But, if you have a healthy dog and only come in for yearly vaccines, they don't want you. (BTW - yearly vaccines are much cheaper at other nearby veterinary offices.)

Please if you care for your pets DO NOT GO! Dr. Dawson MISSED CANCER for MONTHS despite my expressed concern, both visually and after taking a sample. He brushed off MULTIPLE tumors as lipomas and then said he couldn't handle them when they got too big. 3 other vets identified it as cancer immediately by SIGHT and one confirmed by taking a sample even without cytology, which Dr. Dawson also tried to aspirate and seeing the contents, still expressed no concern, only said he couldn't work with what he still thought was a lipom... read more
My wife and I tried this place once. The tech Cindy was so beyond rude I would never go back. Heard her barking orders at the male tech outside the door and hoped she wasn't the person that was going to help us. Unfortunately we weren't so lucky. She was condescending with us and rough with our dog. We'll never return as long as they allow people like this to work for them. I just wanted to scream if you aren't fricken happy with your job quit. You'll do everyone including yourself a favor. If you go make sure you tell them ... read more

We are so disappointed with our experience and the suffering our little 4 month old Cocker Spaniel had to go through.....not once, but TWICE....if you can believe it. At four months they took her out of our view to 'the back', not telling us they were shaving her tummy to check her bladder. ?? That night we ended up in the animal emergency room with a very, very uncomfortable puppy. It seems she has an allergy to 'metal' (from the razor), causing her to just go crazy with discomfort. It took an ENTIRE WEEK for her to fee... read more
