Simply the BEST. Our new golden doodle pup came to us with a medical problem. The vet we took him to responded by "ignore it and it will go away". Didn't work. Dr Dawson did a very thorough analysis of the problem and we are now on track to fix it. We have received a call each day, once by Dr Dawson, inquiring about his health. We have definitely found our new family vet.

Both of my cats have been seen here for regular checkups/shots, but no medical issues. I was always satisfied with service and pricing. One of my cats developed a health issue that was not an emergency, but did require somewhat urgent care to at least be "seen" and I was turned away by the clinic as they had a full schedule and was told to go to an emergency clinic. Instead I called another nearby clinic who was happy to squeeze him in between their other appointments. I'll probably be switching clinics due to this.

Clean and minimal waits for scheduled appointments. You will absolutely pay more as it's North Scottsdale. Appointments are relatively easy to get without a long wait time. Pre-covid they had nice little station with cool waters and keurig station while you wait. Parking was never a problem. They had boarding services, which they described as basically kenneling with potty breaks during the day. We really appreciate the staff at pinnacle peak animal hospital. We lost a pet that was 17 years old and they we're very helpful and sensitive to our loss. They even sent a card that all the staff had signed. One thing that is important to us is when a company has a good technology for communication and they make it really simple to setup and change appointments.
My five month old yorkie suffered a severe accident/ brain injury a week ago, and after spending 4 days in the emergency hospital- as soon as got her home with tons of unanswered questions, I decided I want to get her established with a regular vet (we're new from out of state!) and get an evaluation! Really am so happy to find a great vet. Out three dogs are like our children. While they are conservative in their test and treatment, they really make darned sure they do enough to keep my sweet girls safe and healthy I highly recommend this group and have told my friends. I am a picky mom and want the best for my kids
My family has been going to PPAH for 10 years, and it has been and absolutely still is a very wonderful place. The front desk girls are always so accommodating and always fit me in especially in a last minute's notice due to an issue with my dog. Our first visit with our rescue. All staff was compassionate and supportive as I was worried because I couldn't be with her due to Covid-19. The vet tech was awesome and the Dr answered all my questions, gave me great advice and suggestions for her care. This was all done by phone as I sat in my car outside the office. I was not price gouged and that the cost was exactly what it should be, no surprise or overcharging.
I switched to this Vet clinic through a friend's referral after my prior vet was unable to diagnose my 12 year old Yellow lab's skin tumor. Dr. Stevenson provided excellent care and surgical removal after an accurate diagnosis of mast cell tumor. She offered an appropriate level of care and detailed information for me to make the best choice for his quality of life.
