Both guys were great. Kept us informed. Showed us progress and were easy to have in the home. They cleaned up well and even worked around my dogs and needing to move them around. Would use them again for sure!

I utilized Planet Duct to service my home. Dakota and Dakota were great! They went above and beyond in several ways. I really appreciated their expertise, professionalism and kindness. The ducts looked like new when they left! I will use Planet Duct in the future when its time for another cleaning.
I had a wonderful experience with Planet Duct. I had never had my duct's cleaned and the guys who came were overly professional. They walked me through the entire process, explained to me everything I didn't understand, and they were gentle with anything they needed to move to get into the house. I would absolutely use them again!

Everyone was so professional and helpful They also educated me on my deck system
Very professional and went the extra mile with cutting the vent coil from the dryer to the hookup. Provided information on the air flow pressure at the start and after they ahd cleaned the dryer vent. Will definitely use them again.
