The two guys arrived on time. One of them, Dillon, was very cheerful and positive. They knew what they were doing and we're very efficient. They did a good job. The price was right. What's not to like?
My wife accidently dropped a sentimental piece of jewelry down a vent return and was devastated. I figured it was lost but decided to do an internet search to see if anyone did any kind of item recovery like this when I stumbled upon Planet Duct. Jordan and Ben were fantastic! They were punctual, professional, focused on their work, extremely competent and very interested in answering any questions we had or explaining what they were doing. It was obvious they took pride in their work. The before and after pictures showed what a tremendous job they did. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Planet Duct from initial contact with them to finished job.
Came when they said they would. Did what they said they'd do, for a reasonable price.
Jordan and Brian cleaned my air ducts and dryer ducts. Dryer duct was hard to locate but they followed up until they found it. Left my home very clean. It was a hot day but they were here and worked hard with great results after 3 1/2 hours.
Jordan and Adam were AMAZING!!! Both were very knowledgeable about the entire process of duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning and very willing to answer all my questions. Very professional, personable and extremely hard working from the time they walked through my door to the time they finished. I was very impressed with both of them and the job was completed in a timely manner and I’m very pleased! Well done and I will recommend Planet Duct and Hydro Clean!
Professional, friendly and did an excellent job. Wore masks and shoe covers and were very careful with our newly finished hardwood floors. The before and after pictures of our ducts told the story as well as the lint they removed from the dryer. We highly recommend.
