Best care ever! Whenever I bring my cat in, they know both my name and my cat's name. We are expected and not just a number! My last cat went here for 18 years, due to the love and caring he received. I believe that's why he lived so long. Got a beautiful card and paw prints keepsake when he finally passed away. Saw Dr. Benton, then Dr. Moeller. Dr. Benton was with me when we finally had to put Winslow down due to a rapid pancreatic cancer spread. They were always so very kind to him and me. Welcoming conscientious staff for the most part who treats each patient and pet owner in a personable concerned manner allowing plenty of time for any questions it discussions,... never felt rushed in and out. They're a bit pricey but i guess quality has a cost The pet boarding area is ok, the amount of space could probably be a little larger and make times for the cats to be able to spend time in a cat area with room to walk and climb for more than 15 minutes. I scheduled a check up and a dental cleaning for my rescue kitty, Senor Perry, and I was impressed by Plaza del Amo Animal Hospital. The reception staff was extremely helpful and caring from the moment I entered the clinic. I explained that my cat was semi-feral and needed to be in a quiet place away from barking dogs. He were immediately placed in a quiet room waiting for the doctor. Dr. Ogino is an incredibly nice, caring human being, very professional and extremely good with cats. My cat has arthritis in his tail. After his first laser treatment I could tell he has been feeling better. He has been jumping over the pet gate to visit with his dog friends and playing with his catnip fish. Thank you Dr. Ogino and staff for the great care!
We take out dog KONA here for vet services and mostly BOARDING. Our boy is well taken care of during his stays here at Plaza Del Amo. I would definitely recommend boarding services here. The staff are all very friendly and super helpful. If you plan to board your pet during major holidays always book at least a month in advance. They fill up quick but Plaza has always been good about calling if there is a cancellation. They have been a life savers a few times for us!

I love dr Jennifer. She got down on the floor and played with my dog before doing anything. She had great intuition. Everyone was so friendly and loving. Tested her ear and found no bacteria so no antibiotics. The best!!!!
I take my aminals here. They like it. Jj my most temperamental dog...is VERY happy here. he likes the staff a lot and is always happy when we come. they've taken really good care of his ACL issue as well. using cold fusion laser as an option instead of surgery...saved me insane cash, kept him happy. and he's not limping as much on the leg anymore...its healing. go...give them a shout. they are good people and the staff is super kind and caring.
