They are amazing! I needed an appointment for and they worked with my schedule to fit me in! They are so accommodating and I love all the docs! They treat my cats with compassion and care! Definitely reccomend them!
The staff here are super nice and full of care. I took my 8 month old labradoodle here and they are very professional, quick, and affordable especially with COVID going on. I just found my new vet! Highly recommend this animal hospital to those looking for a new place to take their pets. Don't take your pet to a hospital with a lot of negative feedback. The doctors and staff at Plaza Del Amo Animal Hospital are caring and amazing people. They helped give care to my cat who lived to be 18 years old. He had a few health issues and each time we brought him in it was evident how much they cared about the animals and their owners. They are knowledgeable and also sensitive to not trying to push treatments or medications which may not be necessary or could be risky for elderly animals. Just left this place to put my dog family member Max down. Whew! It was heart breaking but they were so great. So the staff gets a 10 across the board. They were able to get us in next day for a reasonable price which we greatly appreciated. Max was dying infront of our eyes and probably wouldn't have made it much longer. He was a 15 year old Akita that could basically do nothing for fall and wait for someone to find him. We absolutely love this place. We boarded our very large Pit Bull. She was never socialized properly, therefore, showed aggressive behavior to mostly animals and sometimes people. We were so nervous to bring her in for this reason but we were desperate due to a family emergency. The ENTIRE staff, from the start, was so incredibly nice. I took our dog Monty to this hospital for boarding and they were absolutely amazing. While he was boarding I was able to have Dr. Holder look at him for a checkup and his vaccines that were due. It was great because I will be able to do boarding, get medical items and even a bath done while he was there over the 4 day weekend. So convenient. I love this place!! Dr Ogino is very caring and takes her time to explain all the details regarding the status of my pets. I cannot say enough nice things about the care and kindness my cat receives at Plaza Del Amo Animal Hospital! Dr. Moeller takes extra time to make sure all treatments are thoroughly explained and understood and it's clear she has great compassion for all furry family members.
