We just went through the most devastating experience of having to let our 14 year old fur baby go last Friday. New to the area so it was my first here. Dr. Leatherman was compassionate along with all front desk staff, who were so kind from the moment I arrived that horrible day. Yesterday we buried him at Pet Haven, feeling so sad and exhausted from previous sleepless nights and hours and hours of crying through the past 5 days, we came home to a beautiful flower arrangement. Love love love this place. The receptionists are all friendly and will help you out any way they can. The technicians are knowledgeable and handle my cat(who is very unfriendly - Hissing and all.) with gentleness. And the doctors are very thorough and really put the wellness of your pet first. Would recommend them to all pet owners!!

Wonderful animal hospital. Very caring doctors and staff. Always clean rooms, waiting areas and the cat boarding areas in the lobby as well are obviously taken care of regularly. I take my senior diabetic cat here for care. I have not tried the boarding or grooming yet.

Called on a Saturday morning and was able to be seen right away. The doctor was very friendly even after dealing with not so friendly Buz. We are given options which I love and were able to come up with a action plan.

I've been taking my babies here for almost 12 years now...very thorough and loving facility even with staff changes. Boarding is great and reasonably priced.

Took my Jingle to this awesome pet hospital. Everyone was kind. Dr. Ogino was AMAZING! I would highly recommend bringing your pet here for great care for your pets!

I'm so glad I found them online. EVERYONE, from the moment you walk in, is so nice! Dr Ogino was very personable and loves pets! Very thorough and caring. I checked out the boarding facility as well and it's very clean and spacious. The suites even come with web cams!! I definitely can see why it's rated as South Bays BEST

The best vet I have been too and I have been to many! I have not tried the boarding facility yet but I plan to in the future! Everyone is so nice and professional and they don't trick you into a higher vet bill. They tell you EVERYTHING. Lack of Transparency is what is wrong with most vets these days but del amo does not have that problem. I will not go anywhere else! Sherri and Lisa are also the sweetest girls up front!!! I love this place
