My mother came here to Rehab her Hip from surgery and ended up passing away from multiple serious life threatening infections and Covid! my mother was neglected from care from the facility after experiencing mulitple (2x) exposures to COVID from their staff. The first outbreak, she didn't contract the virus until the 2nd outbreak that took place a month after..this is when she caught the virus. We've read everything about this place before we decided to have our loved one transferred here from John Muir. Our family did appreciate all that they have done, but we felt they could've done a lot better. People don't realize we hear everything when we're on the phone and those supposedly private conversation was heard. Their own head nurse caused the 3RD COVID outbreak. Look anywhere else. Unless you are trying to collect early inheritance, or REALLY want want to play havok with your loved ones health. My father stayed briefly last October. They neglected to hook him back up to oxygen a bunch of times. It soon became obvious why. Not a single nurse knew how. They had one staffer on nightshift that knew how. I had to show a bunch of others. They kept screwing up his meds. It took a week to correct an error that prevented him getting solid food (which was barely edible anyway). The place lack... read more
