Luckily, I haven't had the opportunity to use the services of pleasant hill post acute, but if that day comes, I know where to go! In my line of work, I make it a point to visit skilled nursing facilities to help my clients find the best options if/when the time comes that they will need care. This facility IS the best option. My mother broke her leg in March. She has been at Pleasant Hill Post Acute since then and just came home today. It was a very positive experience. The nurses were great. Sunny was amazing with her. He's kind and thoughtful and made her feel cared for. Her primary therapists were Alan, PT and Jennifer, OT. If it weren't for them I don't think she would have been able to come home at this point. My mother has been at Pleasant Hill Post Acute for about a year, on the long term side. The staff is so caring, kind and attentive. Though my mom is wheelchair bound, they have her up and in the activity room all day long. The facility is absolutely marvelous and deserves kudos for creating such a high standard of care for both a nursing and rehabilitation facility!

It's been a while since I've written a review but I went to visit a family friend here. The location was quiet and the facility was clean which is a must! Staff was friendly and happy. I would recommend this place to any friends or family if they had to find a facility for their loved ones. These places are hard to find!

Tremendous skilled nursing facility. Do not let the home like setting fool you, this facility is technically superior, more human and personable than better known facilities recommended by John Muir. Staff is exceptional, team oriented, and extremely experienced. We immediately noticed a dramatic improvement over another facility that caused bed sores, indifferent medical care, and bureaucratic approach to rationalizing bad food and non-responsiveness. When your looking for care for your parent it's a tough decision. I'm glad we came here. Safe, friendly staff and clean. Just a good gut feeling. So thankful for Pleasant Hill Post Acute Care

This was a wonderful place I was treated great by the whole staff from the kitchen all the way to the top admiistrator including the best physical therapy that you could get I enjoyed my visit and I left here being able to walk as when I first came there I could barely stand up I would like to thank everybody for taking good care of me and I will pay everybody a visit as soon as I can Richard Maxwell

My mom (now 87) is back in Pleasant Hill Post Acute after a fall. I just can't say enough wonderful things about the staff and the place. She is happy and well-cared-for, getting lots of excellent PT and OT.

My mom was at PHPA for almost three weeks and even though she was crabby about it the whole time, we felt that the care was very good. The people were very kind and patient, the facility was clean and Mom liked the food. They worked hard to get her back on her feet and she is doing better than she has in months. I would recommend the place!
