Excellent food ! Kind considerate staff. Some disorganisation but responsible and responsive management . Highly recommended for post acute nursing care.
The employees were kind and devoted with the patients. Their support and dedication made my stay a pleasant one despite my challenges. I felt very comfortable with the place and the people working here. I appreciated how nice they treated me and others as I was able to see the interactions with others. Extremely clean. Very welcoming. Friendly environment where the residents feel at home. The staff at Pleasant Hill Post Acute were very attentive, encouraging & patient with my Aunt Colette. They treated her beautifully during her last years. Our family visited almost daily and we always saw a positive environment filled with happy residents. Luckily, I haven't had the opportunity to use the services of pleasant hill post acute, but if that day comes, I know where to go! In my line of work, I make it a point to visit skilled nursing facilities to help my clients find the best options if/when the time comes that they will need care. This facility IS the best option. My mother broke her leg in March. She has been at Pleasant Hill Post Acute since then and just came home today. It was a very positive experience. The nurses were great. Sunny was amazing with her. He's kind and thoughtful and made her feel cared for. Her primary therapists were Alan, PT and Jennifer, OT. If it weren't for them I don't think she would have been able to come home at this point. My mother has been at Pleasant Hill Post Acute for about a year, on the long term side. The staff is so caring, kind and attentive. Though my mom is wheelchair bound, they have her up and in the activity room all day long. The facility is absolutely marvelous and deserves kudos for creating such a high standard of care for both a nursing and rehabilitation facility!
It's been a while since I've written a review but I went to visit a family friend here. The location was quiet and the facility was clean which is a must! Staff was friendly and happy. I would recommend this place to any friends or family if they had to find a facility for their loved ones. These places are hard to find!
Tremendous skilled nursing facility. Do not let the home like setting fool you, this facility is technically superior, more human and personable than better known facilities recommended by John Muir. Staff is exceptional, team oriented, and extremely experienced. We immediately noticed a dramatic improvement over another facility that caused bed sores, indifferent medical care, and bureaucratic approach to rationalizing bad food and non-responsiveness.
