Doctora and nurse were profesionals and emphatic hearing the problem! Those women at the front desk gave us a horrible treating us! I dont know about the other but the one who saw me said and fast English to scanned some logo! I didn’t understand So a patient there explained me nicely! When my dara didn’t went through I asked her! Horrible way to response! I disapprove the way she treated me! Doctors were Ok but just for the women in front desk I will not come back!
Receptionist were rude, and that was the first point of contact especially when you are new coming into the office. The waiting was extremely long. The nurses were nice and informative tho.

was sento to this urgent care from the ER because my baby would get seen faster and still took over 1hr to get seen
My daughter is medically complex and the doctor didn’t want to make any test on her, she just said that I have to change her feeding regimen I was like ok no, I think she treat my daughter like any other kid, never ask about her medical conditions, when I ask for x rays or a swab she said “we are not the ER”.So I only lost my time in there.

The doctor that my son Kaden saw on 12/09/2024 was very rude and cold. She didn’t care and shut down everything that I asked or mentioned very cold heartedly. I will not be going back to that clinic.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My sister and I brought my nephew to this location because he had been throwing up all day, with high fevers and also having difficulty breathing. My nephew was abroad and when we returned his PCP told us to take him to the ER. We tried showing Laura Elkins who attended to us his diagnosis from the physician abroad so she could make an informed decision but she refused to look at the records. Front office was to busy talking on their phones when you walk in they had their glass open and had you wait there while they were talking on their personal cell phone , just to be told oh your checking in scan the code not welcoming at all. The rn was the best sweetest person she was very helpful and sweet. The hospital referred us and I was told they would be able to do labs on blood etc and the dr was upset when I asked n seemed to have an attitude saying why would she be able to do that if she’s not the primary dr. The nurse's behavior was not good
Actually run test to rule out specific sickness rather than just looking and saying “it’s just a virus”. It’s always better to be safe than sorry, no reason why we should have to request for flu and or strep test to be ran.
