I came in concerned about my son's breathing with a cold. The sweet woman at the front desk noticed his breathing right away and took it upon herself to check him and bring us right back. She was quickly joined by a kind nurse who took charge and was shortly joined by Dr. Payne. They were so attentive, compassionate, and me feeling informed. Efficient and attentive
RN Jessica and the PA were awesome with my 7 year old. Great bedside manner and knowledge!!
This place is always my first call for any urgent care for our family. Staff is friendly and usually pretty quick to be seen.
We had a wonderful experience. Short wait time, exceptional front desk help, kind/caring nurse and incredible doctor.
What a pleasant experience despite the emergency nature of our visit! We we treated so kindly and everyone was so professional. This will be the first stop for our grandchildren if we run into a health problem again. Great hours and ample parking too.

Wait was a bit long as there was only one physician working, but despite that the staff was very friendly and helpful, and still made it a point to see my baby even though they were close to closing. Appreciated their thoroughness.
Friendly staff and always in and out when I make an online appointment.
