The experience was amazing! I only had to sit in waiting room for about five minutes. The doctor saw me right away. Everyone was very kind and I was in and out in 15 minutes!

Usually, I have an appointment, but today I did a walk-in for a laceration on my son’s chin. They told me the wait was 2 hours and said I should have made an appointment, as if I could have planned my son putting a gash that needed stitches or glue in his chin, which I thought was insensitive. We waited 1.5 hours to be seen and the doctor was so kind!

I brought my son in for help with wound care. We had a great experience from scheduling to the doctor who helped get a stuck dressing off, changed the dressings, provided a kit, and a wealth of information when I asked several questions.
