Usually, I have an appointment, but today I did a walk-in for a laceration on my son’s chin. They told me the wait was 2 hours and said I should have made an appointment, as if I could have planned my son putting a gash that needed stitches or glue in his chin, which I thought was insensitive. We waited 1.5 hours to be seen and the doctor was so kind!

I brought my son in for help with wound care. We had a great experience from scheduling to the doctor who helped get a stuck dressing off, changed the dressings, provided a kit, and a wealth of information when I asked several questions.

All staff were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. We were brought back to the room promptly, but from there we had waited around 20 minutes for the nurse to come in for the initial assessment. Other than the unusual wait, thorough care was provided and we were satisfied with our diagnosis and treatment.

My children have been here two times and both times they received exceptional care! I feel confident that they are in good hands and are receiving proper treatment. The wait times vary, but were never anything concerning. Sometimes the in between of the doctor coming and going during the visit can be a little lengthy, but I believe it’s because they are the only doctor bouncing between rooms at that time. I would 100% recommend this facility to anyone!

I brought my son in and there was no wait at all. We were taken back as soon as we checked in. The receptionist, nurse and practitioner were all fantastic. We were in and out within 30 minutes with a note for school and a prescription sent directly over to our pharmacy. PM Pediatrics in Annapolis is the first place I make an appointment at when my kids get sick. I would recommend to anyone.
