During a brief stay in Annapolis my son developed an ear ache over night. We were able to be seen early the following morning and get him drops. Staff was courteous and professional.

The whole experience was excellent. The front desk lady was incredibly kind and helpful, the registration screen wasn’t working, but she immediately stepped in, registered us manually, and got the process started right away. The nurses were also wonderful with my son. They listened closely to what he said, genuinely cared about his symptoms, and moved things along quickly so we could see a doctor. The experience was amazing! I only had to sit in waiting room for about five minutes. The doctor saw me right away. Everyone was very kind and I was in and out in 15 minutes!
