I brought my three year old in after he took a tumble at daycare and split his chin open. From the receptionist to the care team, everyone was kind and explained things clearly. The APRN Beth, who treated my son was great! She was straight forward, kind and informative. She was patient when my husband and I decided on a treatment plan and took our suggestions and questions seriously. Helpful receptionist and wonderful medical staff as always! The only complaint I have is that PM Pediatrics keeps changing the portal software without any heads up to the patient.
