The care is always amazing, but I wish the apt times were closer to what is expected. I know you are trying to balance walk ins and appointments.
Quick in and out but can’ felt very rushed and talked down to by nurse practitioner and she didn’t even try to ease my 10 month old. Felt like they just wanted to get rid of us.
I had an appt for 9:15, checked in 15 mins early and still waited almost an hour to be seen. Not sure if they are understaffed or not , but this is ridiculous. The Dr was very nice and sweet to my daughter and I. Other than the wait times it’s a good office. Wish they would open back up the Manchester office.
I am talking into my phone to leave you this review. The nurse that checked Levi in was not very friendly and was kind of short with Levi even though he’s special-needs and he has autism. The doctor was very nice and knowledgeable and really went out of his way to help us And I did not like it that the nurse the receptionist was asking for a credit card information. You should have that on the intake form when people are booking the appointment and I don’t like it that you can’t actually call the office. It’s only online boo... read more
We came at a very low volume time and waited in a room for over an hour 1/2 before being seen. There was no updates or check ins. Checking in and providing updates are important. As well as trying to make the patient comfortable.
