Helpful receptionist and wonderful medical staff as always! The only complaint I have is that PM Pediatrics keeps changing the portal software without any heads up to the patient.

Doctors and nurses are always fantastic. Receptionist (when I called to ask a follow-up question about my last visit) was apathetic and unhelpful which was very frustrating as I didn’t have enough medication for my daughter’s last dose of antibiotics. (West Hartford location- called at 7:07PM on March 12th, 2024)
