The front desk staff on Saturday May 2nd at 11 am was absolutely atrocious. We actually won’t be coming back just based on that. She is the “front line” and first impression of the business and did a poor job representing what that means. Medical staff awesome but again the check in process was uncomfortable, you are made to feel like you are bothering them for asking questions. I’ve been to pm before but this was my first sub-par experience. Front desk staff was helpful and welcoming but the nurse and doctor were lacking in bedside manner. Very little was done to comfort my son and we were told there was nothing we could do. While I understand the reason why their decision was made it certainly would have been better received if it was delivered with some tact and compassion.

The person who works at reception is a very unpleasant person who behaves as if she was forced to do this job and looks down on people.

We made a 12 o’clock appointment online and did not get seen until 1 o’clock. We understand the time of year and how many kids are sick but what is the point of an appointment then? We shouldn’t have been seen an hour later with an appointment. We expressed our concerns and the provider we saw was very dismissive. After waiting an hour, we were in the room for all of 10 minutes and didn’t get the care that we were looking for.

I wish I could give you 5 stars, because the nurse and doctor were fantastic! The problem was that we were waiting for almost an hour until my son was able to see the doctor. The service is pretty slow. It happened the same in my visit with my other son.
The doctor was excellent unfortunately I can’t say the same for the lady at the front desk. She asked me for proof of guardianship papers as if that’s something I carry around with me everyday. Then she called DCF to verify my guardianship. I wanted to say I stole somebody’s child and had nothing better to do on a Sunday other than bring a sick child in to be seen! Totally pissed me off!!
The Dr was super nice, but we had a 730 appointment we arrived at 715 and we were not seen till around 845. I thought the reason for making an appointment and not just being a walk in is to be seen close to your appointment time. I had a toddler with me and to keep them calm in a waiting room for over an hour was extremely hard. Especially since you had to keep him away from other six children.
Would give 0 stars if I could- do not go here!

Girls at the front desk lack professional communication skills. They were very rude and dismissive. The doctor was incredibly professional and nice. She took great care of my daughter.
