The doctor was excellent unfortunately I can’t say the same for the lady at the front desk. She asked me for proof of guardianship papers as if that’s something I carry around with me everyday. Then she called DCF to verify my guardianship. I wanted to say I stole somebody’s child and had nothing better to do on a Sunday other than bring a sick child in to be seen! Totally pissed me off!!
The Dr was super nice, but we had a 730 appointment we arrived at 715 and we were not seen till around 845. I thought the reason for making an appointment and not just being a walk in is to be seen close to your appointment time. I had a toddler with me and to keep them calm in a waiting room for over an hour was extremely hard. Especially since you had to keep him away from other six children.
Would give 0 stars if I could- do not go here!

Girls at the front desk lack professional communication skills. They were very rude and dismissive. The doctor was incredibly professional and nice. She took great care of my daughter.

Your doctors was excellent however when you make an apt for 7 you don’t expect to have to wait until after 8. I came in and 630 and was pre registered. Also it’s very off putting when you can hear everything about other peoples information and how husky is not working so two separate people had to pay because the Stystem is down. I don’t think we should be heraring all this information about other peoples. Maybe put up a privacy’ barrier. Something.

Made appt online, and still waited 1.5 hr to get called in for a 30 minute check up. It seems they were short staffed, but I wouldn’t know because no one communicated that. Super disappointed.
