I’ve been to pm before but this was my first sub-par experience. Front desk staff was helpful and welcoming but the nurse and doctor were lacking in bedside manner. Very little was done to comfort my son and we were told there was nothing we could do. While I understand the reason why their decision was made it certainly would have been better received if it was delivered with some tact and compassion.

The person who works at reception is a very unpleasant person who behaves as if she was forced to do this job and looks down on people.

We made a 12 o’clock appointment online and did not get seen until 1 o’clock. We understand the time of year and how many kids are sick but what is the point of an appointment then? We shouldn’t have been seen an hour later with an appointment. We expressed our concerns and the provider we saw was very dismissive. After waiting an hour, we were in the room for all of 10 minutes and didn’t get the care that we were looking for.

I wish I could give you 5 stars, because the nurse and doctor were fantastic! The problem was that we were waiting for almost an hour until my son was able to see the doctor. The service is pretty slow. It happened the same in my visit with my other son.
