Quick in and out but can’ felt very rushed and talked down to by nurse practitioner and she didn’t even try to ease my 10 month old. Felt like they just wanted to get rid of us.

I had an appt for 9:15, checked in 15 mins early and still waited almost an hour to be seen. Not sure if they are understaffed or not , but this is ridiculous. The Dr was very nice and sweet to my daughter and I. Other than the wait times it’s a good office. Wish they would open back up the Manchester office.

I am talking into my phone to leave you this review. The nurse that checked Levi in was not very friendly and was kind of short with Levi even though he’s special-needs and he has autism. The doctor was very nice and knowledgeable and really went out of his way to help us And I did not like it that the nurse the receptionist was asking for a credit card information. We came at a very low volume time and waited in a room for over an hour 1/2 before being seen. There was no updates or check ins. Checking in and providing updates are important. As well as trying to make the patient comfortable.

I went in with an appointment to only be told I needed to still wait 2 hours and if I left I would lose my spot if I wasn’t there in 10 minutes. How is it expected for a child 2 years old to sit for over 2 hours in an environment like that. Total unprofessionalism.

Horrific wait time even with an appointment they say a minimum of an hour and a half and are wish washy along with telling very sick patients who walk in they will have to wait 4-5 hours. Poor run facility

Staff was friendly and respectful, however after waiting 3hrs we had to leave for other obligations without seeing the doctor. Very understaffed. Staff was very apologetic.

Not at all, wait 2 hours and nothing was done. Waste of my time and charge without any resolution, had to go to the primary doctor who take care us.
