Check in was seamless. The waiting room was very clean. The NP was professional and explained everything she was going to do. Dr. Rachel Cohen was very easy to talk to. She also explained everything in great detail of what she was going to do and next steps going forward. She listened to all my concerns and answered every question. She’s a phenomenal doctor.
Everyone was attentive and listened to what i wasbtelling them. Everone from the front desk receptionist to the doctor was friendly.
Great service! I scheduled the appointment online, we had no wait time, the doctor was very friendly and she was able to put my 6 yr at ease, I would recommend this location to every parent.
My experience atPM pediatrics care was excellent they got my daughter lab results fast and they contacted me as soon as possible also the doctor in charge call me personally ,I felt that really care about their patients , and for that thank you very much . Keep doing great !
The place is spacious and very clean. The nurses are friendly and the doctor was good and attentive. I didn’t feel that we were being rushed. I gave it 4 stars because of the wait time. The appointment was at 12:45 and we were not taken in until after over an hour.
