The website said 0 wait time but it ended up being 30 minutes, which isn’t bad I just wish it was more accurate. Once we were seen, both the nurse and doctor were great and overall it was a good experience!

We've used PM Pediatrics MANY times since they opened many years ago (started using them for weekend & evening care when our girls were little, and still use now with our high school and college age children!). The person working the front desk was taking a personal call for the entire time that I was there and was not helpful or attentive. I brought in an infant with trouble breathing and all she did was tell me to scan a QR code and complete all the forms before I could see anyone. The nurse and doctor that I interacted with were very nice and professional and I was seen as soon as I was let in. I had a great experience once I was admitted.

Front staff needs to be more approachable but the nurses and Doctor are amazing. Their bedside manner especially working with children is so important. I had to call after my visit and was promised a call back. I expected nothing but was amazed when I got a call from the doctor and had every concern addressed. I prefer to use PM for the kids VS other urgent cares.
