We had a scheduled appointment today and it took 45 minutes for us to be taken back. Not sure why people schedule appointments. Other than that the staff was great!

We have only had great experiences at the Springfield, VA PM pediatric location. The nurses are so kind and treat you and your little one with empathy. The doctors listen and take your concerns seriously. The front desk team is not very friendly but we have never had any actual issues. I am so grateful to have this resource to get seen quickly! I have left in tears of gratitude before. We always go here for sick visits vs our actual pediatrician. The same day online booking and quick in and out operations is just so easy!

Our son was sick with typical cold/flu symptoms so we booked an appointment online. The waiting room was the busiest we’ve ever seen it so we were expecting a long wait. A lot of sick kids in the waiting room, multiple sick kids in one family, so a lot of miserable kiddos. The MA & the doctor were friendly & listened to us. However, the wait time was too long for having an appointment. I understand a long wait if you walk in, but I scheduled the appointment & still had to wait 40 minutes to see the doctor for my son.
