Our son was sick with typical cold/flu symptoms so we booked an appointment online. The waiting room was the busiest we’ve ever seen it so we were expecting a long wait. A lot of sick kids in the waiting room, multiple sick kids in one family, so a lot of miserable kiddos. Our wait was about an hour and a few families were complaining at the front desk about the wait. The lady at the front desk remained calm and pleasant dealing with each customer. The MA & the doctor were friendly & listened to us. However, the wait time was too long for having an appointment. I understand a long wait if you walk in, but I scheduled the appointment & still had to wait 40 minutes to see the doctor for my son.

Our son has been seen twice before at the Springfield plaza Alexandria location before. Both doctors were very thorough, efficient, fast. They listen to your concerns and are not dismissive and they have great bedside manner. Our son’s pcp missed his PNA dx so glad PM pediatrics was able to correctly Dx and tx him.
