We went to Springfield Urgent care for a playground injury. We saw Dr. WAald and took excellent care of my daughter. He was kind, gentle and gave very good information. The registration was fast and easy (i had made an appointment online) and we had a very short wait. The office itself is spacious, designed for kids, and clean. I was very pleased and will definitely use them again for emergencies. Far superior to going to the ER at a hospital.

Easy registration - easy to reserve time. Front desk person was responsive and did urine test Upon arrival. Nurse practitioner was kind, competent and very helpful and responsive.
