The entire registration and ID verification process for the child was a mistake, causing all scheduled tests to be canceled due to an error in the name. Furthermore, they insisted we return just so they could perform the tests again instead of finding a way to correct the first name – which is particularly unreasonable for a child with a high fever who had already fallen asleep.
