The doctor was very patient and understanding. That created as good of an experience as possible for a 3 year old having stitches removed.

The staff was friendly and courteous. Attentive to our needs. Despite the wait, I feel that things ran efficiently (we had 5 other patients ahead of us and we were in and out in an hour and a half as a walk-in). Dr. Lamour took care of my daughter. She was efficient and pleasant and addressed our issue promptly. I would recommend PM Pediatrics in Livingston.

Great experience! Everyone was great from the receptionist, the doctor and nurse aide. We felt very welcomed at eased and most importantly my 5 year old felt comfortable.

Our visit to this pediatric urgent care was underwhelming and raised several concerns regarding quality of care. No vital signs were taken during the visit—no temperature, no oxygen saturation, and no basic measurements. This was especially concerning given that the provider was informed my child had close contact with someone diagnosed with the flu. Did not like having to create a portal account on a mobile phone with a sick toddler. Creating an account, going back and forth entering a text code, then email code, not user friendly on a mobile phone. Thankfully there were two of us there because it would have been difficult being alone with a 1 year old. Don’t feel that the provider listened to what we were saying.
