Went to PM pediatrics for the first time with my 2 year old, who was coughing quite a bit and sneezing. My son wasn't drinking very much and was very tired from being up with his cough. The doctor quickly checked him out and without doing any tests said it was viral. He didn't want to do a strep test because he said at this age, the results are always positive, which I know to be false since by son was tested two weeks prior at his pediatrician office and it came out negative. Nurse to doctors every one was so rude. My son was I. So much pain and could not walk properly but nurse and doctors ignored him. Doctor made fun of son’s pain

From the get-go our nurse was argumentative and refused to help our special needs son. My son was calm and quiet when he entered but she stated he may not be helped. She seemed angry at my son for no reason without having even asked any questions. She took his temperature on his forehead and kept wrapping the device around to the back of his head which was unusual and scared him. The entire registration and ID verification process for the child was a mistake, causing all scheduled tests to be canceled due to an error in the name. Furthermore, they insisted we return just so they could perform the tests again instead of finding a way to correct the first name – which is particularly unreasonable for a child with a high fever who had already fallen asleep.
