Online booking system didn’t have the correct opening hours. On MLK day we made an appointment at 12:15pm at the Livingston location, but it doesn’t open until 4 pm. The nurse was nice but brutal in his way of taking a throat swap, could use some improvement there.

Absolutely awful experience. Terrible care and misdiagnoses. I would like a call from someone in regards to our 11/18 appointment asap. 908-510-3796

My daughter came in on Saturday to the Livingston NJ location. She is 20years old and was able to speak on her own behalf regarding how she was feeling. Whoever saw her spent maybe 5 minutes with her, had no bedside manner and dismissed her and her symptoms without giving her any true diagnosis or real exam. She was prescribed antibiotics but when asked what she could also do got no answer. I am extremely disappointed and feel she was not treated correctly. I have never had this problem in North Brunswick

Poor office management that make checking in a very difficult process and that’s even if someone is there when you have an appointment at that time. Very rude.

The doctor came in asking why we didn’t see our normal pediatrician. He was cold and very dismissive. Our visit with him lasted no more than 5 minutes. Waste of our time.

Bedside manner was not good. Patient’s pain was not acknowledged and doctor made her cry but brushing her off

Went to PM pediatrics for the first time with my 2 year old, who was coughing quite a bit and sneezing. My son wasn't drinking very much and was very tired from being up with his cough. The doctor quickly checked him out and without doing any tests said it was viral. He didn't want to do a strep test because he said at this age, the results are always positive, which I know to be false since by son was tested two weeks prior at his pediatrician office and it came out negative. Nurse to doctors every one was so rude. My son was I. So much pain and could not walk properly but nurse and doctors ignored him. Doctor made fun of son’s pain
