The doctor was very patient and understanding. That created as good of an experience as possible for a 3 year old having stitches removed.

The staff was friendly and courteous. Attentive to our needs. Despite the wait, I feel that things ran efficiently (we had 5 other patients ahead of us and we were in and out in an hour and a half as a walk-in). Dr. Lamour took care of my daughter. She was efficient and pleasant and addressed our issue promptly. I would recommend PM Pediatrics in Livingston.

Great experience! Everyone was great from the receptionist, the doctor and nurse aide. We felt very welcomed at eased and most importantly my 5 year old felt comfortable.

Did not like having to create a portal account on a mobile phone with a sick toddler. Creating an account, going back and forth entering a text code, then email code, not user friendly on a mobile phone. Thankfully there were two of us there because it would have been difficult being alone with a 1 year old. Don’t feel that the provider listened to what we were saying. Baby’s voice became hoarse within 30 minutes after dinner, having been sick for the past week. The rapid onset of the hoarseness is what brought us in. Her ... read more

Doctor did not wear gloves and put his fingers in my kids mouth. Took him to the regular pediatrician the day after urgent care. Turned out he had a double ear infection! Urgent care said he didnt eve had redness.
