The staff was all very friendly and efficient. They are all clearly meant to work with children. My daughter was afraid of having her nose swabbed and they were great about it. Quick and as gentle as possible.

Everyone who worked with us was fantastic. They were friendly, made us feel comfortable and were efficient. The medical assistant, Ken was friendly and thorough. Our nurse was extremely patient and kind. The PA was detailed and answered our questions.

Very friendly staff, very thorough and helpful. I love knowing this is the back up to my kids regular pediatrician when they are closed. Very easy to make an appointment online. The hours are very convenient for a mom of three kids under 6.

The medical & administrative teams were excellent: They were fast, warm, wise, respectful, kind, & reassuring. They gave quick results based on their educated & intuitive instincts to test for the correct quick-lab results first.
