The staff was all very friendly and efficient. They are all clearly meant to work with children. My daughter was afraid of having her nose swabbed and they were great about it. Quick and as gentle as possible.

Everyone who worked with us was fantastic. They were friendly, made us feel comfortable and were efficient. The medical assistant, Ken was friendly and thorough. Our nurse was extremely patient and kind. The PA was detailed and answered our questions.

Very friendly staff, very thorough and helpful. I love knowing this is the back up to my kids regular pediatrician when they are closed. Very easy to make an appointment online. The hours are very convenient for a mom of three kids under 6.

The medical & administrative teams were excellent: They were fast, warm, wise, respectful, kind, & reassuring. They gave quick results based on their educated & intuitive instincts to test for the correct quick-lab results first. This helped us make wise decisions & also have peace & a plan despite a very high fever. Their communication skills & style were absolutely lovely to align with medical experience. Easy to schedule an appointment. Not a terribly long wait. But the nurse practitioners spend very little time with you. Not thorough enough to determine what's wrong. Had to come twic be prescribed an antibiotic. No. forethought, no analysis, didn't really ask any questions. Just assume that because you have no fever, then there's nothing wrong with you.

Everyone was very friendly and once we were called in we were seen quickly. The doctor was great and answered all questions we had. My only complaint was that I made and appointment and ended up not being called in until 40 minutes after that time. In the meantime a lot of people who arrived after us were called in before us. Some I’m sure also had appointment but at least one person that was called in a head of us I heard tell the receptionist that they were a walk in.
