My wife took our 5 year old daughter here this Sunday 5/24/24. She came home and explained the wait was a bit long but so worth it. They were greeted by Michelle ( medical assistant) and explained how wonderful she was!! Then after greeted by PA, Mary! My wife said she was so thorough and kind and patient, she listened to everything. My daughter is starting to feel better already. Thank you for the exceptional care PM pediatrics your staff from the front reception, medical assistant and PA WERE WONDERFUL! Thank you

Not a long wait. Were very helpful when found out did not take insurance. The doctor and nurse were very kind to my child. It was a positive experience.

Last night, my two sick children and I endured a nearly two-hour wait at the urgent care. Despite the extended wait time during sick season, the medical staff delivered exceptional and compassionate care once we were seen. However, the unfriendly demeanor of the front desk staff marred our experience, highlighting the need for improved customer service.

Front desk staff needs to be trained on kindness and compassion while working in an urgent care for pediatrics. She rolled her eyes at me when I was unsure if I had completed paper work or had a new insurance since my last visit. When I confronted her on how unpleasant she was she said I DONT NEED TO DO THIS, you are the one who needs to be serviced. And then walked off while I stood there until someone else came out and did not acknowledge what had just ensued.

MD & medical assistant were great; however wait time even with an appointment was over an hour before we were seen. There was one client in the waiting room when we arrived and they were brought in right away when we arrived, then we still waited over an hour. I understand that things go on behind closed doors, but it was very difficult to manage a sick toddler for an extended period of time, when the appointment was secured.
