My wife took our 5 year old daughter here this Sunday 5/24/24. She came home and explained the wait was a bit long but so worth it. They were greeted by Michelle ( medical assistant) and explained how wonderful she was!! Then after greeted by PA, Mary! My wife said she was so thorough and kind and patient, she listened to everything. My daughter is starting to feel better already. Last night, my two sick children and I endured a nearly two-hour wait at the urgent care. Despite the extended wait time during sick season, the medical staff delivered exceptional and compassionate care once we were seen. However, the unfriendly demeanor of the front desk staff marred our experience, highlighting the need for improved customer service.
