Easy to make an appointment online for the same day. Wait time was okay. Nurse was friendly and patient with my daughter. Biggest complaint is that no staff members wear masks and there are so many sick kids in waiting room at ages where they could wear a mask as well. This is the first medical facility I have been to post COVID where this was the case. Even at JMA majority of the staff wear masks. I would have felt more comfortable going to our regular (non pediatric) urgent care closer to home to better protect against pic... read more
