Angel arrived on time, but due to a mix-up, no one was in a position in my house to meet him. He called me and I directed him around back to the patio where my brother was and where the A/C unit is. I wasn't home, so I can't give a lot of details. He diagnosed my A/C problems as a blown capacitor. He had a replacement with him in the truck and was able to fix that right away. He replaced the furnace/AC filter, saying it was very dirty and left a note on the invoice to make sure I changed it every 3 months. The filter had bee... read more
This was a great experience from start to finish. Joe spent a lot of time with me up front, explaining the options and steps for replacing our old A/C unit. He brought along some independent studies for me to look over on the effectiveness/ratings of the different brands. He answered all my questions and was extremely responsive. I was shocked at the great service. It's interesting how much excellent service affects you positively in DC - it really is a big deal for people.
