Having dealt with 3 companies before Polar, they are best in class. Joe is responsive, communicates well, and gave his best price first. His installation team was on time, courteous and clean. Can't ask for much more than that.
Business response:
This review deserves clarification. Polar Bear has documentation of four separate discussions with this customer concerning cost of the repair, which all occurred prior to charging her credit card. In addition, the customer is aware that this was not solely a compressor (main engine) change out, but the reversing valve and txv valve needed replacement due to the original compressor failure, which could never be diagnosed prior to the compressor replacement.
