Tech Support/Warranty Lacking We purchased the cleaner in April 2021 to replace the same model that had finally succumbed to plastic deterioration, resulting from UV, chlorine exposure, and time. Replacement parts are costly and after many swivel-joint, hose, wheel, valve, and other small part replacements, it was more cost-efficient to simply replace the unit. Love it My other one was old and this one is pretty and runs great!
Really keeps your pool clean! I know some people run it for just a few hours, but we run it constantly. It really reduces the need for frequent brushing, the risk of algae forming, and leaves and crud settling at the bottom. My only issue is it tends to get stuck in the "corners" of our oval pool. We upgraded our old Polaris to this model, and we're still running into the same issue. It usually gets itself unstuck eventually, and it's still totally worth it. It Tracks and Cleans Tight Radius Area of Pools This is a great product and much better than the more expensive 4 wheel options we tried.
The only issue we have had is that the catch bag come off when the pool cover is on. The only issue we have is that the bag catcher comes off while running when the pool cover is on the pool. Otherwise it is a great Vac Sweep.
Polaris 360 I bought it to replace the 360 I already have but broke after 12 years of use. Hooked it up and off it went. Cleans great.
The directions and the diagram are not clear enough. It took a while to figure out the process. The tail of this Polaris does not wave as vigorously as my old Polaris, but it could be because this one does not require a booster pump, therefore the water pressure is not as great. We have only used this Polaris once, but it seemed to clean the pool ok. We will know more about it after using it a few times.
Very dependable and this is my 3rd Polaris over 35 yrs. Love it. Very efficient
