My pool guy told me not to get the warranty bcuz this product is amazing and he’s never had problems with it. Boy was that a mistake. We had a cold winter with lots of crazy weather and my sweeper’s plastic cracked after 6months. I’m using it still bcuz it was a large purchase for me and I can’t afford a new one. 5.0 out of 5 stars ITS GREAT! We bought this new one when the wheels on our old one froze up. Apparently we needed a new one alot sooner because as of now, this one does a much better job keeping our pool clean than our old one. I reccomend buying this. Also it arrived sooner than expected which was a plus.
Poor quality and customer support I purchased the 360 in March of 2023. The backup valve is broken less than 3 months later. Unfortunately I am unable to get anyone to answer the phone on their customer support line and emails have gone unanswered. I would not recommend this product. Update - After 3 days of calling I was able to get a return call from customer support. They are sending a replacement part.
