Great to have new Polaris 360 My old Polaris was patched several times over the years and was becoming useless. WOW, what a difference with a new one! GREAT !
You will need a booster pump. This description for this product states that you won't need a booster pump. Yes you will. We have a 1.5 hp main pump and it will not move this cleaner. We have a booster pump because we replaced a 280 with this 360. It cleans and suctions well. But you will need a booster pump.
Easy install You really can’t go wrong with Polaris but I must say, I was very surprised at the performance of this vac for the price. Requires no booster and outperforms prior vacuums with booster I’ve used at my prior home. Product was in perfect condition out of the box and installs like a dream (just follow instructions).
Perfect in every way I can actually repair these! Unlike others that are “sealed” and/or glued.
Great pool vac On my third one of these (sun eats them up) in 20 years, does a great job. There could very well be better ones I don't know about, but I like this one. I'll be honest, it's expensive - it's a good product, but it should not be that high - Polaris is gouging pool owners, so shame on them and that price - the product materials and construction I would bet is barely $100, maybe less. . But price aside, it's a great product, and if that is the going rate for pool cleaners, then fine. The product though is great.
Wonderful device! Worth the buy! Husband put this together fairly easily I guess, no complaints. We haven’t used tech support yet, not sure we needed it. Everything works excellently with a minor flaw, it gets stuck on the steps. Nothing major just redirect it when it needs. So glad I got this!

Overall Good Pool Cleaner This is our second Polaris 360. The first deteriorated after 13 years. We replaced many parts on our first one, but it was time for new. Overall, the Polaris 360 works well for our pool. we live in an old growth forest, and while our pool is in the clearing, leaves and debris from the oaks, beech and tulip poplars that surround our property, take over twice a year.
