Works great! Had the last one over ten years. I bought the same make and model.
It took a while to get it adjusted just right but now it seems to be working great and cleaning our pool just fine.
Our original Polaris 360 was damaged by our overactive grandsons after being in operation for 14 years. During that time I installed a tune-up kit to the unit and replaced the feed hose once (and, of course, the collection bag and scrubber foam had to be replaced several times due to normal wear and tear). The new unit is working great just like the old one did.
I have had a Polaris 360 for more than 10 years. I love it because any time it fails, I can take it to the pool store and they replace the bad parts. The only issue is that the parts are so expensive. I decided to buy a new one and just installed it. I have had a difficult time getting the jet adjusted as it keeps hanging up in a corner, Also, the reverser didn;t work and I had to get a new one. All in all I am happy with it.

Good cleaner but doesn’t climb walls very well. Replaced the no longer available Ray Vac which was better for walls and steps. Still a good cleaner for the money and does a good job on the pool floor.

Dear Rex, Thanks for the Polaris 360 review! To improve wall climbing, check the wheel RPM on the cleaner and adjust the Thrust Jet if needed. Our new Polaris 360 is doing a great job keeping our pool swept and clean. It was a bit spunky in the beginning and threw water all over the deck. Our pool guy adjusted it and it has calmed down!
It's so efficient that I've never had to stand and vacuum.
