so far so good! Only had it for a couple of days now but I've had them before. I switched to the suction cleaners about 1.5 years ago and have regretted it ever since. Nothing but problems with that one. Leaves getting stuck in my pump and skimmer connections. So I went back to the Polaris. This cleaner doesn't send leaves into the pump and get leaves stuck in the skimmer connections. It does a great job of cleaning!
The Polaris cleans well, but the tail swipe keeps getting caught up in the wheels. Very annoying.

Polaris 360 does a great job keeping our pool clean. We did not want to invest in an extra pump. Polaris does a great job.
I think that the Polaris is 100per cent better than the cleaner I use to use.
The 360 does an okay job. Gets stuck on stairs too often, and does not suck up all of the debris possible, but does get most up. Decent lower cost cleaner.

Sticks in one end of pool and only occasionally goes into the deep end of the pool. I think it’s scared of deep water. Polaris needs to revise their install manual. Give the manual to someone not familiar, and I guarantee they’d be written differently. I know it’s a good company with a good product, but I’m not impressed.
