The first time I used the Polaris it completely missed one end of my pool after running for over two hrs, it went back to the same place several times. It just does it randomly so it’s not the best !

This cleaner is fantastic. I was looking for something reliable, but not overly complex with all the bells and whistles, and this fits the bill.

Would not work on first attempt but now okay. Was barely covering 1/3 of the pool but I reread the manual. I untangled a knot in the hose and started it from a more central position and now working fine. Suction not strong enough to fully clean liner creases (maybe 70%) but otherwise does a good job.

All as expected, works well so far
It does a good job cleaning and it is easy to clean when it finishes and it comes out of the water. I am pleased with it I had another one in the past and this one is superior.
We have a small in ground pool that we have previously used cleaners designed for much larger pools and they seemed not to work as we wanted. Went to the local pool supply and they recommended the Polaris 7240 and we have used it for over a month and pleased to say it has meet our expectations.
