Polaris F9350 I thought it came with a remote until I opened the package and found it did not pertain to this model. Also, did not know it was a discontinued item until I received it. The easy lift does not work very well,

*Edited* great customer service ripped filter screens, rubber on bottom of filter cartridge ripping off, broken wheels, and now a burnt out motor needing a 600 dollar motor block replacementNot to mention when it did work the cord would constantly tangle rendering it useless or it would get stuck on the stairs or even the 1 inch return grill in the deep end.It has not been a good experience with this unit.*EDITED* although I did have some issues with my first unit, Polaris/Zodiac stood behind their product and made it right ... read more
It works Great! I purchased the Polaris 9300 5 years ago and it has worked great for the 5 years. It was amazing how well it cleaned my 20x40 inground pool. Picking up leaves, sand, rocks, anything that didn't belong. It has made keeping my pool clean an easy task, no netting, or vacuuming needed, it did it all. The 9330 worked flawlessly for 5 years and for 3 months a year it was cleaning every day. This year I finally had a problem. It started with alternating blinging lights and stopped working. Good cleaning robot but electrical cord tangles very quickly and takes a while to untangle. The cord will get so twisted and tangled/coiled around itself after using this robot about 3 times. Untangling takes a while and you can never really get the cord fully straight again as it was when you got it out of the box. The cord material is such that once the coils form, it will coil back up pretty quickly. Excellent Service Very responsive supplier. This is my second Polaris, and my only issue is that the power cord is difficult to keep untangled. My pool is spotless, which is why I’m a repeat customer.
Major cord tangling with my Polari 9350 Cannot to get the cord from tangling. Followed the manual but no luck. It does not clean as I expected.

Cleans Well Super pool cleaner - cleans well and quickly. leaves water clear. Does have cable problem -ties itself into knots after an hour. Still a good product
