Pretty much love it. Does a great job cleaning. A couple of improvements would be a cord that doesn’t twist- almost impossible to straighten out and is a little heavy lifting out. That said, it does a very good job cleaning the pool. This is the first year (I’ve had it for 3 months) so hope it lasts a couple of years.
I love my Polaris since the day I got it. It is so easy to operate. I love it. But, all of sudden it's not cleaning the corners of the deep end. any suggestions?

i love the polaris cleaner! it cleans the entire pool in the 2 hour cycle and the filter does not have to be on. it is easy to clean! the only complaint...the cord is a pain to untangle!

The only issue I have is the cord twists during the cleaning cycle, even if I have completely straightened it out before use. It gets to where I have to unplug the floating cord, get the twists out, then plug it back in, which starts the cycle over again. The older version (9300 maybe) that I replaced, had a cord that would swivel while plugged in, but that had issues as well. The wires would come disconnected within the plug and gave to be fixed. Works great!!
I use to have an older style Polaris that always got hung up on the ladder. This model is great. It cleans the pool wonderfully, and if it gets against the ladder it automatically backs up after a few seconds. I would definitely recommend this robotic pool cleaner to anyone looking for an automated pool cleaner.
I have an in ground pool.Great product would recommend this cleaner to anyone. I love the 9350 except for the fact the cord should have a swivel like some other models.My walls and bottom haven't looked this clean in I can't remember when. It gets almost all the debris on the bottom except for what moves around from the movement of the cleaner. After 20 years of cleaning the pool by hand I don't know why I waited so long to get a cleaner.
Love this pool cleaner. Easy to use; we love that the debris goes directly into the vacuum and not through our filter system. I love that I can now clean the pool when I'm by myself vs. the old system of hooking up the vacuum hoses through the filter and needing two people to do it.
