Polaris 9350 Sport Robotic Pool Cleaner

Very disappointed. My pool is 20' X 40', but after 20 minutes or so, the cable is so tangled that it only has a 20-25' range. Untangling the cable is a frustrating 10-15 minute effort. The problem seems to be that the unit only "knows" how to make left turns. Judging from other reviews on this site, this does not seem to be a problem. However, reviews on other sites, cable tangling is a big issue. Am I missing something, an adjustment perhaps, or am just stuck with a lemon.
