Polaris 9350 Sport Robotic Pool Cleaner
About this business
This is my second 9000 sport series cleaner. The 9300 Sport worked well for many years but stopped this spring. The 9350 at a great price is a perfect replacement cleaner as it cost less than repairing the 9300 sport which worked well. The new cleaner seems to clean a bit better, avoid cord tangling better and I enjoy the self removal system. It is easy to use, lighter than the competition and does a great job on my free form pebbletec pool. As long as this design is available, I’ll be a repeat customer.

Horrible in ok...it, I have walk in radius steps in my inground pool that change height as pool slopes, the 9350 can not adjust itself to this and every 10 minutes gets stuck, never had this issue with my last auto cleaner, my pool company suggested this unit...its about to be thrown in trash!!! Totally fed up with it!!!

Although I had a problem with the electronic board failing (which was replaced timely and free of charge, the unit has worked pretty well. It is a bit cumbersome to get out of the pool. .

Excellent product - better than expected!
Polaris 9350 is a great option for pool cleaners. I prefer the robotic models over the booster pump system hands down. The 9350 has done a great job for small plunge type pool all the way up to a 20x40. Has no problem cleaning walls along with the floor of course. The internal collection basket is easy to remove, clean and replace. Have had excellent cleaning results.
So surprised to hear these positive reviews. I am very unhappy with my Polaris 9350. I suppose I was spoiled with a longtime. In pool pump run cleaner followed by a pretty good aquabot for seven years. While I love the automatic lift and easy to clean filter, the cleaner does a lousy job. It does not pick up fine silt and dirt on the pool sides. It does not cover the whole pool floor. The cord tangles and tangles and tangles. IN MY OPINION IT IS A PIECE OF JUNK. IT DOES NOT CLEAN THE POOL EFFECTIVELY AND THE CORD BEGINS TO TWIST UP IMMEDIATELY. AS IT TWIST UP, THE CORD IS SHORTENED AND THE CLEANER CANNOT COVER THE POOL FLOOR. WISH I HAD NOT LET POOL PEOPLE TALK ME OUT OF THE OLD WHIP TAIL POLARIS CLEANER. THIS IS MY SEVENTH POOL AND THE FIRST AND LAST ONE WITH THIS TYPE CLEANER. WISH POLARIS WOULD SWAP IT OUT OR COME UP WITH A TWIST JOINT.
