Best pool cleaner we have ever had. This is our third Polaris, love the new features.
It has been a year and couldn’t be happier...it cleans my pool spotless and has saved me time and effort ... I would recommend to anyone taking over their cleaning from a pool cleaning company. It makes you wonder why you didn’t do it earlier...so easy. Up front Cost is paid back in a year

Have used the cleaner for about 3 months and it works great. We have a light coloured pool liner which shows the dirt very easily. I can run the robot around the irregular pool for about 3-3.5 hours and it’s completely clean. I don’t have the remote model which would be the only thing I’d want to change because sometimes you just want to clean up a specific area quickly and not have to vacuum.
Why does it clean at one place where there is lots of stuff to clean and turns around to go to the other end of the pool without addressing the area in question? I find there is wasting time here.

Electrical cable is a problem met on a previous POLARIS machine. The price to fix it is out of normal.

I have been trying for several weeks attempting to program the control mechanism. Failed each time. The instructions are useless.

Not a good design or reliable product. They only last 2-3 years of summer use and get the dreaded “error 10” code. Very expensive product for that life span! Disappointed!

Purchased June 1 2024 and the basket is torn. To be told that the basket is not under warranty. Clearly if these baskets tear with use under 4 weeks there is a problem. The tear is not even from use, but more a manufactures defect. I would really like to talk to someone about this issue. Thank you
