I’m constantly losing Wi-Fi connection on the system. My modem is in view and 30’ away of the system. If I unplug it, wait a few second and plug it back in, the system is connected to the Wi-Fi for a while. Ill repeat the process each time I empty the container or when I untangle the cord, which Is on a daily basis.

we had to replace a 3 yr old Polaris so I was not thrilled. So far all is good and working like a charm.

Love Love Love our "Alf" yes we named it. So glad i was able to talk the husband into getting one this year, he finally was too after using him twice!!! Saved on time and the pool hasn't been cleaner!

It is okay because it does not clean the sides and ledges of the pool. It does an excellent job on the bottom.

If a robotic cleaner isn’t climbing well, the main culprit is usually a clogged debris canister. Carefully rinse the canister after each cycle and periodically use mild soap and a soft brush to dislodge any microscopic debris that may be impeding flow. Besides doing a very good job of cleaning the pool, it is the only unit that I found that can successfully go over the main drain of a pool without getting stuck. Highly recommend this unit.

I went to the pool store thinking I was going to get parts to repair the creepy crawly that we had. Then I was told it really was so old that it wouldn’t be worth it to attempt to fix it. I decided to do what my husband would have done - bought the nicest pool cleaner they had. Let me tell you how amazing this thing is. For one, it saves your filter.
