this is an awesome product. 2 things though 1.I don't care too much for the stiffness/ hard to close the lid back up is once i have emptied out the basket. I almost feel its going to break each time i do it. 2. if the debris stays in the basked a few days, the basket get like hard particles stuck to it in the mesh part. even when i wash with a brush, the granules stuck to it don't come off. would like to know what other folks do to clean this.

We have ours for two years and love our product! Just drop it in the pool select the setting and let it do its job. It picks up the fine dirt and the big leaves and debris. It also does a great job brushing the walls. We have a very intricate shape pool and it figured it out and cleans it in no time. We where a little skeptical of how well it would work for the cost; but after a few times to clean the pool we couldn’t be happier! We would buy another one in a heartbeat compared to other models we had in the past. Thank you!

Always have to rerun after initial clean. Thought it suppose to clean all areas on the first run.

I’m just sorry it took me so long to buy it!! I’ve had my ALPHA IQ (aka: Alphie) for 2 years now and it’s made my life SO much easier! I have a 35k gl pool and it keeps it so clean. I love it!
