I do love the Alpha IQ and would give it 5 stars except that the cord does tangle. I thought the swivel would prevent tangling but it does not. Even with the tangled cord, the cleaner works incredibly well. I don't have a pool cover so rely on the Alpha IQ daily. It is incredibly adept at navigating my pool and righting itself when it occasionally gets thrust backwards and upside-down from a return. It has outstanding cleaning ability and capacity. The Alpha iQ pool vacuum works great, I'm very happy with it. My only complaint, and it's a small one, is that the cord tends to want to twist with use. It is minimal and I untwist it every time I remove it from the pool, but it is a slight annoyance. Overall I love the vacuum and it does an outstanding job keeping my pool sparkling clean!

Good unit. Wi-Fi controls are intermittent. Lift option when taking unit out does not always got to its origin.. surface option not always helpful
