The Polaris ALPHA iQ cleans pretty well. I have a kidney-shaped pool and it seems that it isn't able to get the edges along the bottom of the pool where it meets the sides. There tends to be build-up in areas. Otherwise, using it saves me the time and effort to be cleaning the pool and I do appreciate what it does.

A great machine. Gets all corners of the pool and does not get hung up on the bottom drains.

Efficient, easy to clean basket and app controls are good for 99% of needs. The vacuum is good but not as strong as the Prowler. I am happy with the unit.

It's fine; not as good as the previous Polaris model I had. The cord does get less tangled which is great , but it does not clean steps. My other one did clean steps. When one turns the cleaner on it's very hard to see the screen and know if it's set to clean bottom and sides or just the bottom.. If I turned it on at night it might be fine, but in the sunlight it's pretty hard to read. I don't care about or use the remote or programming and all that.

Robotic cleaners have a difficult time with steps and benches, as they can’t tell if it’s the top of the pool. We recommend regular brushing of the steps, and once the debris is dislodged, the cleaner can take care of it at the bottom or sides of the pool. Vacuum works real well. Very powerful sucking up everything and the basket is easy to clean and holds more than my last vacum
